Process treatment  and steam channel

Direct steam treamtment.eight steam inlet channel is designed strategically underneath the shell of this vulcanizing chamber.inside the shell,steam distributor is lined evenly at the bottom to be controlled by automatic valve.

Safety door and inflatable seal

l       Easy operation manual type.Inflation is done on the door seal ring to achieve a desired seal position via process pressure.

l       the seal ring repositioned when the process pressure is gone ,which guarantee safety and saves wear out

Safety interlock

l       The Safety interlock instrument is designed in case of mishandling of the door while process pressure still works.this vulcanizing chamber is equipped with three safety interlock options

l       automatic pressure interlock instrument, the door will be locked in an automatic manner when the process pressure reachs as high as 0.01MPA,ensuring a firmly and safely lock of the door.

l       manual interlock instrument,process pressure can not be applied while the manual interlock remains in open position, for the simple reason that the valve connecting to the manual interlock will block the treatment pressure.make sure the manual interlock remains in an open position when opening the door. bear in mind that the manual interlock operation always comes  before the electrical-drived interlock operation. Thus guarantee a pressure free door-opening operation.

Temperature control mode

l       Intellectuall digital temperature controllor is adopted in this vulcanizing chamber.the temperature transmiter makes it possible for data collecting and digital showing.

accessible Temperature setting (range from 1°C—999 °C.)

 and automatic electrical control panel.precise temperature is obtained by open or colse the steam valve in an automatic manner.

l       eight stratigic location inside the chamber is choosen to test the temperature distribution.six digital temperature reader.two temperature sensor to conduct data collecting.DN40 phumatic angle seat valve is adopted to control steam supply. Temperature tolerance is as precisely as 2°C

Insulation and coat

l       Shell and cover head Insulation is made by 50mm spun glass covered by 1.0mm cold rolled sheet.welding attached.

l       insulation inside the cover head is fixed by bolts which can better preserve the heat and energy effective.coating on the shell is done blue.

Loading rail

  heavy duty steel is adopted for the loading rail.
